Rihm and Forrest Awarded Second Place in Poster Competition

Alex Rihm and Lisa Forrest presented “Poetry Speaks: Supporting the College’s Learning Goals Through Literary Programming” at the SUNY Librarians conference in Purchase, NY.  Their presentation, which was awarded second prize in the poster competition, highlighted LITS’s Apple & Quill literary program. Keeping the creativity and communication goals of the institution foremost, Apple & Quill provides students unique opportunities to create and present their writing through readings, open mics, and workshops.
