Staff - Equipment for Conducting Work Remotely

Shen Swartout "19For staff working remotely please use the following guidelines. 

  • You may use your own personal laptop or desktop.
  • You may also use your Hamilton barcoded laptop. If so, you may need to VPN into Hamilton's network to access select college systems. 
  • You may bring your Hamilton desktop computer home, but no additional equipment will be available.
  • If you do not have the option of a college laptop, desktop, or a computer at home, please fill out this the Equipment Request Form. If you have additional questions, contact the Help Desk at 315-859-4181 or helpdesk@hamilton.edu, in conjunction with your supervisor, for possible alternatives.

Faculty - Equipment for conducting Online Learning 

LITS purchased headsets and document cameras (limited supply - first come, first served) for faculty members to be able to provide the necessary online instruction.  

Please fill out this the Equipment Request Form. If you have additional questions, please contact the Help Desk at 315-859-4181 or helpdesk@hamilton.edu, so we can identify possible alternatives.

Students - Equipment for Conducting Online learning

For students in the United States who do not have internet access, during this period of virtual learning, we are providing Hotspots from Verizon and AT&T, please fill out this the Equipment Request Form. If you have additional questions, please contact the Help Desk at 315-859-4181 or helpdesk@hamilton.edu.
