How to use CHOICE Reviews Online

Create a login using the button at the top of the screen.  

Search for reviews either using the dropdown menu on the top left or keyword search on the top right.

Save searches and create email alerts by clicking on the magnifying glass icon

 Alerts can be set to seven or thirty days

Create a List of items for purchase in one of two ways:

• Either select items and click the first icon to the right of the search results to create a new List

• Or, using the dropdown menu at the top, select Lists and create a new list.
  • Then return to reviews and select items for purchase
  • Click on wheel on far right of one of the selected items, choose ‘Add to List’
  • Select appropriate List from menu.

Send your list to the Acquisitions Department by adding ‘asktobuy’ as a user of the current List.

• Go to the current List
• Click on wheel on mid-right of screen
• Click on ‘Manage Users'
• Change Hamilton College Acquisitions to ‘modify’

The Acquisitions Dept will receive an email and can then order the items on the list.

Start a new List for every set of subsequent orders.
