Off-Campus Study Declaration Opens for Spring 2027

Deadline to submit Petitions for Off-campus Study for Spring 2027

Petitions for off-list programs, low GPA, language requirement, or other eligibility requirements must be submitted by this date. Make sure to meet with a Global Learning advisor well before this date.

Deadline to submit Declaration of Off-Campus Study for Spring 2027

Any student wanting to study off-campus to a Hamilton or a non-Hamilton program must submit a declaration form.

Deadline to submit Petition for Transfer Credit form for Off-Campus Study Spring 2027

Students participating in a non-Hamilton program should submit this form to the Registrar’s Office. Students participating in a Hamilton Program receive Hamilton credit and do not need to petition for transfer credit.

Mandatory Pre-Departure Orientation #1

Students studying with a non-Hamilton program are required to attend one pre-departure orientation session.

Students will find this under their program tasks in Via TRM. Submit the form in Via. Students studying with a Hamilton Program should follow instructions from their Hamilton Program Coordinator.

Students will find this under their program tasks in Via TRM. Submit the form in Via. Students studying with a Hamilton Program should follow instructions from their Hamilton Program Coordinator. Students studying in a domestic program will receive further instructions by email.

Deadline to submit Study Abroad Goal Setting assignment (Non-Hamilton Programs)
