Course Support

HILLgroup projects often begin with an email or phone call (315-859-4735) from a faculty member with an idea.  An educational technologist and a research librarian will meet with the faculty member to collaborate on project details and goals.  This may include:

  • discussing the project's scope and timeline
  • creating workshops on software and hardware instruction
  • designing information literacy sessions to develop research skills
  • setting up open lab periods
  • scheduling digital equipment loans for students
  • assuring that the proposed project aligns with the course learning goals
